Asta Petkeviciute

Asta has over 20 years of experience with a focus on strategic financial management, diverse use of technology, and organizational capacity development for non-profit organizations globally. Her background includes managing a $200 million portfolio of health systems strengthening activities across 20 countries globally; leading one of the largest fiscal sponsorship programs in the U.S., which supported over 90 different organizations nationally; and providing strategic management consulting to small and medium organizations nationally and internationally as part of Fiscal Management Associates (FMA). Asta has a Masters of Business Administration degree from Heller School, Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Champlain College. Asta's expertise is focused towards leading teams through strategic financial and organization management challenges with the key focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness while strengthening organizational sustainability, diversifying business models, use of data for decision making, and meeting complex donor compliance expectations.

Vidhya Ananthakrishnan

Co-Founder and Managing Director, Catalyze Justice

Vidhya Ananthakrishnan is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Catalyze Justice. In this role, she oversees CJ’s partnerships with different organizations across the field, guides CJ’s narrative change and communications work, and helps lead development, finance, and operations. Prior to starting CJ, she directed the Columbia Justice Lab’s youth justice portfolio for more than five years and supported the establishment of Youth Correctional Leaders for Justice (YCLJ). Earlier in her career, she led youth justice reform efforts at the Vera Institute of Justice, conducted program evaluations at the US Government Accountability Office (GAO), and worked as a youth advocate and organizer in NYC.

Nausheena Hussain

Principal, Nissa Consulting

A social justice activist by heart, Nausheena Hussain is the principal of Nissa Consulting, providing capacity building services to Muslim women-led nonprofits and organizing Muslim generosity. She has been a nonprofit practitioner for the past 20 years serving in various roles as founder, board member, and development staff. Previously, Nausheena was the founder and executive director of Reviving the Islamic Sisterhood for Empowerment (RISE).  As a former start-up founder of several nonprofits, Nausheena has a proven track record of taking an idea and creating a movement. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in philanthropic leadership at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Nausheena’s research focuses on Muslim Women’s generosity behaviors and the nonprofits they lead. Married, with two children and a beautiful cat, she lives in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota and loves to garden, read and travel.
